The café would not be what it is today without the hard work and dedication given from all of our team past and present. Although I set the standards and came up with the original ideas these guys have taken my ethos and ideas and have not only delivered it but have improved it. We have a great mix of local and international staff, from youngsters still in school to local professionals, this keeps ideas flowing, keeps the food fresh and café is constantly growing because of everyone’s ongoing passion and commitment. Everyone who works here has the opportunity to contribute to the workings of the café, the menus, recipes, café standards and I believe this gives us a friendly, open and inclusive atmosphere within the café.
