allergy baking at the mountain café.

Each morning our day begins by making our allergy suitable cakes and bakes. We start the day doing this so there is no contamination! We use separate utensils, chopping boards & tongs etc to prevent contamination. We are constantly trying to perfect our recipes to make moist, light & tasty treats for people who usually struggle to get a decent piece of cake or meal whilst away from home.

Our cakes are all labelled with dietary options = VG Vegan, WF Wheat free, GF Gluten free, DF Dairy free. DF date & walnut or apricot & pistachio cake, GF WF DF & VG carrot fruit & nut cake, VG berry pine nut flapjack, GF WF carrot, banana & pecan cake or GF WF chocolate are just some of the cakes that we make.
